How I Work

I see clients both face to face at my practice in southeast London and on-line depending on your particular needs.

As an integrative therapist I support each client in a way that is tailored to them because I believe that one size does not fit all.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, problems in relationships as well as those trying to make sense of difficult or traumatic experience.

Whatever your reason for coming to therapy, I work alongside you in a safe and welcoming environment to encourage and support meaningful change.

My approach combines several humanistic modalities including Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis while also incorporating contemporary attachment and relational theories. Central to my work is the belief that our relationships—both with others and with ourselves—are foundational to our sense of identity and well-being.

I work with you to explore how early and ongoing relational dynamics shape our thoughts, perceptions and behaviours. Working together in this way allows you to develop an emotional understanding of yourself within the whole context of your life.  This can be transformative, giving you greater freedom in how you think, feel and respond.

Therapeutic change is often a process that takes time however long-term work is not always practical or possible. For this reason I offer both long term as well as time limited therapy. There is an initial session to understand your needs and to discuss a plan for therapy that you feel comfortable with. This and each subsequent session is 50 minutes long, costs £75 and can be booked by phone or by email.

You are very welcome to call or email me with any questions you may have.
